The Vice-Rector's WordThe Vice-rectorate in charge of the Third Higher Education Cycle, Academic Habilitation, Scientific Research, and Postgraduate Higher Education, is following up on the implementation of Emir Abdelkader University of Islamic Sciences' mission to develop university scientific research and forming doctors in various specialties. Training Ph.D. students is closely linked to the mission of developing scientific research, because the different scientific research laboratories and research teams for RPMP (Research Project Management Platform) projects which include Ph.D. students, thus to reflect on the formative research process. The Emir Abdelkader University of Islamic Sciences has developed a strategy for developing doctoral training to ensure that positions in all specialties are available while providing quality assurance. The university carefully studies the number of open positions available to ensure they align with the available resources. The university also works on opening up opportunities for university lecturers by encouraging them to obtain university habilitations and professorships. Additionally, it is committed to upgrading its scientific research laboratories in quantity and quality. These efforts reflect the university's orientation and insurance to support the scientific activities of research professors and doctoral students, aiming to raise the university to the highest level of national and international universities' qualifications, which is a strategic goal. |
